Noura Al Kaabi is CEO of twofour54, an initiative by the Abu Dhabi government to foster the growth of the Arabic media entertainment industry. Prior to attaining the top post this year, Al Kaabi has served several roles at twofour54, including head of human development, a management initiative for driving and implementing the growth and development of professional and personal skills across the twofour54 workforce. Al Kaabi was also of head tawasol (one-stop-shop), where she was responsible for services offered to companies locating in Abu Dhabi. Before joining twofour54, she held positions in HR and administration at Dolphin Energy Limited and served as an IT support manager at the Zayed Military Hospital. Al Kaabi serves on several boards including Abu Dhabi Media Company, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, and the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation.
