Kenneth Feinberg is an experienced mediator and managing partner of Feinberg Rozen, LLP in Washington, DC and New York City. He is the former administrator of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility established by the Obama Administration and BP following the April 2010 oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico. He has also served as special master of the federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, as court-appointed special master of the Agent Orange Victim Compensation Program, and as special master for TARP executive compensation. He is currently an adjunct professor of law at New York University School of Law, Columbia University Law School, and the Georgetown University Law Center.
