Dominic Randolph became the sixth head of the Riverdale Country School in 2007, the school’s centennial year. Riverdale is a pre-K through grade 12 independent school of 1,100 students in New York City. Previously, Randolf served in the capacity of assistant headmaster at the Lawrenceville School and has worked in a variety of teaching and administrative roles in schools in Europe and the Middle East. His work has focused on curriculum development, understanding the implications of cognitive and technological advancements for learning spaces, character development, and positive psychology, interdisciplinary studies, and design thinking. Randolph serves on the boards of the Lawrenceville School and the Guild of Independent Schools of New York City. @daar17
